Full detailed messages are taken (including name of
caller, company, telephone number and the nature of
the call) so you are fully informed for returning the
call. These are promptly sent to you either via email,
text message, fax or transferred directly through to
you, depending on your requirements. In addition, we
also offer the use of an online diary and a management
service.
Our services are flexible allowing clients to use us
when best suitable for them, either as a full time receptionist;
